International Performing Arts Youth Committee is having their inaugural Community Rhythmic Concert, a benefit concert for OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, on November 15th from 3-6 p.m. at the Christ United Methodist Church. The free event will feature music and dance performances by young artists.
